See the "new home page" link on http://www.cbil.upenn.edu/Ontology/. I've added some suggestions from Michael Ashburner but could really use more! 3) The next Ontology Working Group meeting will be held on July 26 in Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen, Denmark. The meeting will be held after the Bio-Ontologies Workshop at ISMB (see http://img.cs.man.ac.uk/stevens/workshop01/). They are interested in interacting with us and I encourage our members to attend their Workshop. Robert Stevens, one of the chairs who is handling the Bio-Ontologies Workshop arrangements, has generously agreed to let us use their room for a short meeting after they are done (assuming that ISMB doesn't have other plans - if so I'm sure we can find a nice bar/cafe/pub/whatever to move to). I haven't gotten any of the promised attempts to annotate examples. Please keep in mind that there is no right way to do this yet and any effort will be helpful to gain a broader perspective on issues. Please look it over and let me know what you think. The concept definitions have been looked over by Alvis Brazma so they are in agreement with MIAME (thanks Alvis!). I would also like to nudge/nag people about submitting their attempts to use these concepts to annotate their experiments.
